Once we understand your business on the ground, we create a strategy and develop tools that speed up work and raise the quality of service.

Our systems comply with the GDPR and follow the guidelines of the EU AI Act, with transparent operation and human oversight of decisions.
How it is priced
The price depends on the complexity of the process. An advance for technical costs is charged at the start and the rest on delivery, with the option of paying in instalments.
Maintenance, servers and AI model costs are covered by a monthly or annual fee. New modules are agreed separately.

Will AI tools and automation replace our employees?
No. The goal is to empower employees, not replace them. AI takes over monotonous and repetitive tasks, such as data entry or answering the same questions, so the team has more time for complex work.
How long does implementation take?
From a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on complexity. Implementation is gradual so it does not disrupt day-to-day work.
Is our data used to train public models?
No. Your data stays in your isolated knowledge base and is not shared with third parties.
