What we do
Our civil protection services cover preparing and continuously updating documentation, with a focus on how it is used in practice.
We specialise in preparing and running complex exercises for the civil protection forces of municipalities, cities and counties, including all logistics and media coverage.
Documents are updated in line with statutory deadlines, usually once a year. With every document we hold a short briefing on its content and the obligations that follow from it.

Civil protection exercises, from local to international
We prepare and run all types of exercises. We visit the site four to five times and meet the heads of every participating organisation.
Preparation usually takes about a month. Sometimes everything is done in around ten days, which creates a more realistic setting.

How we work together

Review of the current state
You share your existing documentation, we analyse the situation and set out the steps for bringing it up to date and preparing new documents.

Offer and contract
The offer for annual cooperation is prepared in the last quarter, so support starts at the beginning of the year. Payment is usually in instalments.

Document preparation
Strategic documents take several months, while smaller ones, such as decisions or conclusions, usually take a day.

Training and updates
Every document comes with a short briefing, and we track update deadlines for you.

In line with statutory deadlines, usually once a year.
How is the service contracted and invoiced?
Usually through an annual cooperation agreement, paid in several instalments. We also prepare individual documents to order.
